COVID -19 Company Update
In these unprecedented times the priority is for everyone’s safety and, in line with government instruction, HWS has carefully reviewed how we can keep our dedicated team and clients safe by avoiding unnecessary risk whilst still being available when you need us.
We hope that the following information will guide you to the services we can offer
Customer service: Our team are working remotely to keep you updated and stand ready to facilitate your requests. Please continue to use email in the first instance.
Home working kits: The demand for home working equipment is high. Depending on stock we can despatch parcels to any address via our courier partners. New products are being launched and a dedicated web page is being set up to enable online orders. Or, if you have a specific need please email for advice: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Assessments: Many clients have postural concerns or are managing existing health situations; some will be experiencing increased discomfort, and more will be finding it difficult to adapt to working in unconventional surroundings. Traditional, personal assessments are not viable at this time yet employers still have a responsibility to staff.
Virtual assessment service: Our experienced Assessors can offer constructive advice, recommendations and guidance using a variety of apps - i.e. Zoom, Facetime, Skype etc. Appointments are simple to book and can be scheduled to suit availability using the Request Form on our website. A written review is included.
Doorstep deliveries: Although our traditional installation methods are on hold, we can offer doorstep only deliveries of seating, sit-stand platforms (no desks) and some equipment. To be clear, our driver will not be allowed to enter the building, but everything will be done to deliver pre-built chairs, wherever possible, so that you simply remove the bag.
Each chair should have its own user guide and further support – including user videos – can be found on our website - www.healthyworkstations.com. We can also offer personal support via technology apps (Facebook, Zoom etc) to help you refine your working posture.
Continuity of supply: Please note that many of our seating manufacturing partners have temporarily closed production however we currently still have some stock chair options and access to all of the Flokk range (RH, BMA, HAG) which can be shipped direct. Demand is likely to increase and so you may wish to act soon to secure the most cost effective purchase.
