Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: Yes. The price we quote you includes delivery and full installation. Our experienced engineers will deliver and install the furniture, and remove all packaging etc.

Q: Is everything you do on the website?
A: No. Our website is comprehensive, but does not show all the products we have on offer. For instance we can supply contract ranges,bespoke items, specialist optional extra's, and evencorporate fabrics. Tell us what you are after and we will try to get it for you.

 

 

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

 

 

A: We accept most debit/credit cards.  Also, subject to prior arrangement, BACS, or Cheque payments can also accepted.
 
Q: How secure is my online order?
A: When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. 
 
Q: Can I apply for a Trade customer account ?
A: Prepayment is required on all personal accounts. We accept cleared cheques and most credit cards.
