Allure Footrest

What a difference a footrest can make!

Have you noticed how you rarely adopt bad posture when you drive? Resting your feet on the pedals in front, helps you sit back in your seat. You can adopt the same principle in the workplace with a footrest.

Invest in chairs that promote movement
The HAG SoFi Chair

It's not the act of sitting itself that is bad - but sitting for long periods of time with little movement. A chair that promotes movement should therefore be seen as an investment into a wellbeing policy rather than an expense. (With 10 year manufacturer warranties, they're going to last longer than the basic office chair anyway.)

HÅG understands the art of creating movement as you sit. All of their chairs are designed to allow you to move your entire body, without having to think about it. This lets you perform better while safeguarding your well-being.

The HÅG SoFi recently featured in a number of scenes in the secret service control rooms on the set of the new Kevin Costner movie - "Criminal". Sit in a HÅG chair and enjoy renewed motivation and energy at your workplace.

In other news...

GPs throughout England and Wales can now refer employed patients who have been, or are likely to be, off sick from work for four weeks or more for a voluntary occupational health assessment, and it's FREE! The assessment will identify obstacles and create a plan with recommendations to help individuals back into work.

We’ll also be sharing information through our blog and newsletters helping you to keep up to date with the new scheme.
