Our Delivery Service
We offer delivery anywhere throughout the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Stock permitting, most orders can be delivered within 3-5 working days, however please allow 10 days for delivery as we occasionally run out of some of our innovative and popular items.
Within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands) our standard mainland delivery charge is £10 for all orders under £500 net. Orders over £500 are delivered free.
Exceptions:
- Small, lightweight items under £15 value may be posted at cost (Minimum charge £4.50)
- Special handling charges may still apply to bulky or weighty purchases or destinations surcharged by our couriers.
- Seating: Specialist chairs will incur individual charges which will be agreed at the point of processing your order. We offer a professional delivery and installation service to ensure you enjoy the full comfort features of your new chair. A suitable appointment will be arranged in advance. On occasion, contract, chairs may be delivered by carrier and so to reduce instances of damage some self assembly may be required.
- Desks/Furniture: All orders are assessed and priced on an individual basis. Installation arrangements will be agreed prior to delivery. We will endeavour to meet your requirements, where ever possible. A clear working space with easy access to meet manual handling requirements will be required. We will not connect or disconnect any IT equipment.
Please remember, like most retailers, our deliveries do require a signature.
We trust our couriers to deliver our products to you in perfect condition. However, damages do very occasionally occur in transit. Therefore, when receiving deliveries please check for damages to the outer box before signing the receipt. If there is visible damage please sign and write "BOX DAMAGED" below your signature. It is always advisable to open the parcel and check the contents, however we understand you may be busy, in which case please write "CONTENTS UNCHECKED" below your signature.
What if I'd like to Exchange or Return an Item?
We are very happy to refund or exchange items you are not entirely happy with and we will gladly pay postage on any defective item. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a purchased item and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and insurance.
In these cases all items must be returned within 10 working days of purchase with the original packaging intact and in a re-saleable condition. Simply call our Customer Service Team for an authorization code so that we can track your refund or exchange.

Can I open an account?
Prepayment is required on all personal accounts. We accept cleared cheques and most credit cards.
