Swivel/ Movement Lock

In some mobility instances, once the chair is positioned it needs to be locked firmly in place. In these instances we can provided movement and swivel locks.

Swivel lock: Activating the swivel lock stops the chair from rotating.

Movement lock: Activating the movement lock stops the chair from rolling
