New Health & Safety Law Poster
If you want to stay within the law then you must display a current HSE Health & Safety Law Poster.
The new poster is available from April 2009.
To check that you have a genuine version the new poster it will feature a hologram with a unique serial number
Ideally the poster needs to be in numerous, prominent positions around your business so it is easily visible to all employees, visitors and contractors.
Please note! You must also consider any employees who works offsite and provide these staff with the equivalent pocket guide.
