Access to Work Funding Important Changes

< Back to Resources

The Challenge

You have, no doubt, spent many years developing a strategy that enables you to serve the needs of employees supported by the Access to Work (AtW) scheme and come to rely on this valuable resource.

Recently the DWP made significant changes to AtW and this means that we all need to consider the way we now work with the scheme to maximise effect. While the changes have been radical for larger employers we believe that this could be an opportunity to review our approach to musculoskeletal issues in the workplace. Indeed, rather than ignore the changes we feel that it's important to embrace them and find the best way forward; we need to be proactive.

So, what are the changes; and how do they affect us..

We hope that Healthy Workstations has been a key element in helping you to satisfy your Health & Safety requirements in the past, and we would like to continue to support you through these changing times.

The challenge
Our aim is to work in tandem with your company's Health & Safety professionals to overcome the budgetary constraints that you may be encountering, by applying innovative practices, bespoke to your organisational needs.

We believe that our expertise places us in a unique position to help you to meet these new challenges, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this in more detail. Please call Anne Ridley 01639 844500 for an informal chat, or complete our online contact form, and we will be pleased to call you back.
